My name is Connor Lunz, and I hold a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Charter Oak State College in Connecticut. I have been investing in junior mining companies for years, building conviction on companies that most retail investors had never heard of.

In the fall of 2025, I started sharing my convictions publicly. I launched two Reddit communities focused on junior mining investing. In roughly five months, r/PennyProspectors grew to 800 members and 1.2M views. A second community, r/NioBayMetals, built around a single core conviction, added 250 members and 310K views in the same window. I am active across Reddit, X, Substack, and CEO.ca, where the junior mining retail investor community actually spends its time.

That experience confirmed something I already believed. Retail investors in this space are not passive. They are active, informed, and vocal. They share research, debate theses, and move in communities. If your company is not part of those conversations, you are leaving real shareholder interest on the table.

I built Terrane because I saw a clear gap between how junior mining companies communicate and how retail investors actually consume information. I know what moves them because I am one of them. When you work with Terrane, you work directly with me.

Content produced for client companies may be distributed across relevant communities as part of the engagement, clearly attributed to the company by the company.
